Q1. How many colors of your printing machine can print? And how many processed pallet stations do your printing machine have?

1)Normally, the number of processed pallet station of circular type printing machine is the number of printing colors (stations) plus one lay-down-pallet and one collect-back-pallet. Due to a various kinds of printing chemicals and printing techniques, sometime, after one printing process, need a drying and/or curing treatment, and then enable for next printing process; therefore, for this reason, the circular type printing machine needs to sacrifice one or more printing colors (stations) for the drying and curing treatment and lead to the less number of actual printing colors.


2)Ellipse type printing machine can provide one or more pallet stations for the drying and/or curing treatment, and also for the inspection the printing effect purpose. The actual printing colors will not be sacrificed.

Q2. If you satisfy the production capacity of your existing circular type printing machine, and if you are obliged to sacrifice some printing stations to put flash curing devices for next printing process?

If you feel that the pallet station is not enough for your existing circular type printing machine and/or you feel that your production capacity can not get on the stick?

Q3. If your existing circular type printing machine is satisfied for rubber paste printing?

1)We know that the rubber paste is very easy to block the printing screen , and the curing time is about 15-20 seconds. (It is depended on the different characteristics of various kind of rubber pastes) If the curing time is not enough, it will not be good for next color printing; otherwise, the printing paste will be stick back from the printed fabric onto the back side of the screen. Hence, this reason will pollute the next color printing and in order to avoiding the screen block problem, the next printing process to be completed within 15-20 seconds.



2)For rubber paste printing, our customers do the following way A and way B;

Q4. If it is easy to inspect the printing effect during the each printing process by using your existing circular printing machine?

1) Due to the limit quantity of pallet station of circular piece printing machine, normally, there is no keeping the spare pallet station for immediately inspection (in line inspection) purpose after each color printing. More often, the defect printing will be found at last pallet station (the collect-back-pallet). It means that the number of defect printing pieces are about the number of printing colors at this circumstance, you may lose the defect printing piece at this number.


2) The Ellipse type piece printing machine, is available to keep the spare pallet for immediately inspection and also for nature curing (of course, this spare pallet station also can be put the portable flash curing device at your disposal).
