• NO SACRIFICE THE NUMBER OF PRINTING COLORS (STATIONS)
  • Normally, the number of processed pallet station of circular type printing machine is the number of printing colors (stations) plus one lay-down-pallet and one collect-back-pallet. Due to a Various kinds of printing chemicals area printing techniques, sometime after one printing process need a drying and/or curing treatment, and then enable for next printing process, therefore, for this reason, the circular type printing machine needs to sacrifice one or more printing colors (stations) for the drying and curing treatment and lead to the less number of actual printing colors.
• TO SATISFY FOR RUBBER PASTE PRINTING
  • We know that the rubber paste is very easy to block the printing screen, and the curing time is about 20 seconds. If the curing time is not enough, it will not be good for next color printing, otherwise, the piece printing machine cna be arrange as each printing station to space with 2~3 pallet stations for curing purpose, and can achieve production speed in 5~7 seconds for one piece. This kind of arrangement can complete the next printing process within 20 seconds and reduce the screen block problem. With out particular design, if sometime, the screen is block that it can be cleaned easily and quickly.
• TO EFFECT THE QUALITY INSPECTION
  • Due to the limit quantity of pallet station of circular printing machine, normally, there is no keeping the spare pallet station for immediately inspection (on line inspection) purpose after each color printing. More often, the defect printing will be found at last pallet station (collect-back-pallet). It means that the numver of defect printing piece are about the number of printing colors at this circumstance, you may lose the defect printing pieces at this number. The ellipse type printing machine is available to keep the spare pallet for on line inspection and also for nature curing.
• ONE MACHINE FOR MULTIPLE PRODUCTION LINES
  • As for the ellipse type printing machine, besides, the advantages mentioned above, there is a very special advantage that is one machine can run as one or more production lines. The machine is comprising with:
  • a) two reciprocal processing ends.
  • b) two straight processing lines.
